In an atmosphere filled with appreciation and gratitude, Yemen Mobile held an official ceremony this morning to bid farewell to its sixth Board of Directors and welcome the newly appointed board. The event was attended by the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology, Eng. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mahdi; his Deputy, Eng. Ali Al-Makni; the Ministry’s Undersecretary, Eng. Taha Zabara; the Director General of the Public Telecommunications Corporation, Eng. Sadiq Mohammed Musleh; and the CEO of TeleYemen, Eng. Ali Naji Nassari, along with a number of telecommunications sector leaders and company employees.

The ceremony featured official remarks delivered by the CEO, Eng. Amer Mohammed Haza’a; the new Board Chairman, Mr. Abdulkhaleq Ahmed Al-Hussam; and the outgoing Board Chairman, Dr. Issam Ali Al-Hamli. The event concluded with a speech by the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology, Eng. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mahdi.

At the end of the ceremony, the former Board Chairman and members were honored with the company’s shield in recognition of their outstanding efforts during their tenure.
